Job Overview: The Account Manager will provide support and account retention to facilitate the satisfaction of our clients. You will spend the majority of your time connecting with clients remotely, providing resources to our internal support team and coaching clients on long term solutions.
You will be responsible for:
Managing between 15-20 accounts and conducting periodical client coaching sessions
Producing consistent outstanding client reviews
Acting as a coach, facilitator and implementer to our clients and internal support team
Proactive problem solving and issue awareness
Resolving to maximize the client experience through guidance and commitment to excellence
Implementing our organizational development tools for success at the client level
3+ years sales account management or business development management
Strong desire to help clients constantly grow and move forward
Accountability, consistency and loyalty
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to engage others
Ability to organize time and resources effectively
Commitment to clarity, honesty and transparency for client retention
EOS experience desired
