Men's apparel brand is looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to join their DTC team full-time.
The ideal candidate is analytics driven, thrives in a fast-paced evolving organization, and has a background working in the DTC, start-ups and/or in the eCommerce space! The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the digital ecommerce strategy for continued merchant growth. This person will help craft, build and drive the strategy, dictate investment efficiency, handle day-to-day management of digital campaigns, advise on ecommerce strategy, and advise on best practices/customization for the website and customer experience.

    - Develop, implement and manage digital ad strategy for acquisition/retention across organic and paid channels – existing and new.
    - Conduct audit/analysis of campaign and ecommerce performance to advise on CPA and inform overall ad budget. Submit advertising spend allocation essential for business growth.
    - Activate and manage CRM, affiliate and influencer marketing, plus other channels for growth
    - Execute ad hoc programs with separate goals and budgets as landscape shifts.
    - Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets to grow acquisition channels 
    - Own performance marketing reporting, communicating trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    - Collaborate with in-house Web Developer/Designer in building campaign assets, A/B testing, customizing templates and themes, and other optimizations for growth.
    - Implement testing strategies to improve KPIs and maximize full funnel performance.
    - Expanding tech stack for improved KPI performance and increased revenue.
    - Partner with external paid media agency and manage performance and reporting
    - Partner and advise social media coordinator on key initiatives and overlapping programs/campaigns.

    - 5+ years of growth marketing experience for a consumer brand
    - Experience managing an eCommerce team and platform
    - Preferred experience with Klaviyo and BigCommerce
    - Understanding of front-end development language, i.e. HTML5, CSS, Javascript to effectively communicate with web designer/developer and/or outsourced support.
    - Strong analytical mind and background
    - Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations
    - Deep familiarity with online ad solutions (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc), analytics tools (Google Data Studio/Analytics, etc) and thorough understanding of all key metrics for CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS, etc.
    - Project management skills and ability to collaborate
    - Familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite. Use of collaborative project management tools, i.e. Microsoft Team, Planner, Slack, Trello, Basecamp, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.
    - An entrepreneurial spirit focused on driving consistent revenue and improved KPIs MOM.
    - A professional who bridges the science and the art of the industry.
    - Has a strong understanding for visual communications and produces work that is robust with strategy, data and easy to comprehend.
    - A solid work ethic that shows vested ownership in the responsibilities of the position
    - Interest in men’s fashion and sports preferred
