Under limited supervision, reviews operational processes and data driven analysis across program operations to provide leadership, coaching, and support. Oversees activities related to data integrity, security, data validation, and enhancements in reporting. Performs analysis including performance metrics, process improvement, quality, and labor productivity to support decision making for leadership. Utilizes project management skills to lead implementation, management, and maintenance of multiple systems software utilized by Program Operations.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Provide support to Operational departments.
- Lead process improvement and documentation for ongoing operational success.
- Research and resolve escalated and/or complex items.
- Work with Managers to introduce process improvements and define/lead internal training.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement by utilizing Enterprise tools, systems, and software.
- Organize, manage, and track multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal associates as well as external clients.
- Collaborates with functional areas including work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
- Establish and improve reporting metrics to track Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
- Excellent written/oral communication and team building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and simultaneously maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to exercise independent, mature judgment, prioritize tasks & maintain confidentiality required. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Proven ability to work in high pressure environment with deadlines.

- Sitting, typing, and computer monitor viewing for extended periods of time.
- Position involves sitting at a computer using repetitive keystrokes. Some bending and stretching will be required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
