Service BDC Representative/ Appointment Setter
Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual with great phone skills to fulfill the service call center position that is open. Business is growing rapidly, and dealership is looking for an energetic individual with great customer service skills to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule service and parts appointments
- Reschedule missed appointments
- Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
- Respond to inbound internet leads by phone, text message, and email
- Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
- Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes
- Follow all attendance and punctuality standards and adhere to timekeeping standards
- Attend pertinent training and stay current with the service department concerns and service techniques
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience a plus
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and manage customer database
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen prior to employment
Hours:
30-40 hours per week
M-F and every other Saturday
