INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Doctors First, Inc. is in search of a highly motivated Inside sales representative who will work closely with our marketing and outside sales team on retaining current clients and obtaining new ones. The ISR will work with producers and deliver superior customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be professional, outgoing, have 0-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or a professional sales setting. The candidate will be highly self-motivated as well as a self-starter. You must be comfortable on the phone, have persistence and comfortable making cold calls. A sales background is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products, especially medical malpractice insurance is a plus. Insurance license(s) and certificate(s) are a plus (must be willing to work towards obtaining them if you do not already possess them). The incumbent must be a team player. You must be proficient in basic computer, office, and telephone equipment.

Candidate with experience in lieu of a degree and vice versa will be considered.

This is an office position and no travel is required.

This position is in a professional office setting and the incumbent will be expected to dress and behave accordingly.

Office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

You may be asked (very rarely) to work additional hours as needed.

Job Description

Call on current clients to schedule meetings for outside sales representatives

Call on warm prospects in an effort to schedule new client meetings for outside sales representatives

Cold call potential clients to advocate on behalf of the company and the benefits they would receive from working with Doctors First, Inc.

Must keep very organized, clear and concise records of all calls made and appointments set

Must build relationships with current clients as well as non-clients in an effort to grow the company through consistent outreach

Cross sell products to current clients

Other general office duties as assigned
