Read our reviews, and join the team that is “Changing Lives One Meal at a Time”.
This is a very rewarding career for positive, enthusiastic and self motivated people who enjoy educating and selling to “live audiences,” not online. We only sell through live demonstrations at 3,000 public events such as home and garden shows, health and family expos, home schooling events, food and wine festivals, local fitness centers and military bases. We only appeal to health conscious professionals who want quality in their home.
WHY DO PEOPLE BUY?
The healthy cooking move in America is huge and home delivery of groceries to cook at home is exploding. America wants to cook at home again and they’re “sick and tired of being sick and tired”and spending way too much eating junk food from restaurants. Consequently, our business is thriving.
They are also tired of poor quality foreign made products and are seeking AMERICAN made quality. You would represent a Veteran owned, green certified AMERICAN manufacturer located in West Bend, Wisconsin since 1906.
Today’s well informed and savvy buyer wants to be educated through an experience with a positive and well informed demonstration to show the advantage and performance of a product. That would be your objective.
We offer options of hourly or daily incomes equivalent to the area you live in or performance based commissions that range from 15 to 30% with an average of 25%.
After 115 years in business, we know what works and with the right candidate properly trained, our average daily sales range from a minimum of $2,000.00 for a low performer to $10,000.00 for high performers.
If you’re a low producer with $2,000.00 daily sales, and work 4 show days per week for 50 weeks, totaling 200 days, your gross annual income would be approximately $100,000.00 plus performance and expense bonuses.
If you are a high performer, with $10,000.00 average daily sales, and work only 150 show days, you could potentially earn $375,000.00 which is twice what a physician earns in America. Unlike most jobs that tell you what you’re worth, we let you determine your worth.
WHAT WOULD MY SCHEDULE BE LIKE?
As an hourly employee, you would work 50 weeks of the year just as any salaried career.
As a performance based independent contractor, you would work when you wanted with a 150 show day minimum to stay active and up to 8 weeks off for family time that most careers don’t allow.
Most events are during the weekend and a probable example would be: Drive to the event on Friday morning, set up your display which takes about an hour, perform enthusiastic and educational cooking and sales presentations from noon to six on Friday.Saturday arrive an hour before the show for preparation, perform from 10am to 8 pm, and Sunday is normally noon to 6 so you may attend the church of your choice and be home Sunday evening for a late dinner.
Mid week events and agricultural shows are often only one or two days during the week.
You would sell to new customers and returning customers as well and provide exceptional customer service from your exhibit.
We offer an optional benefit program through our “Benny Buck” program after 90 days. These funds may be used for insurance, retirement investments or life insurance if needed.
Expenses are relevant to your desires. We pay for the events, the displays and the supplies to perform. If you work local, your expenses would be as any career driving to and from work.
If you chose to travel, we can pay your expenses and you earn less commission, or you may earn the high level incomes and write off ALL travel and business expenses which will lower your taxable income dramatically and compensate for any travel expenses you incur while you travel the country and do what most wait until it’s too late to do; travel and see the country.
Each year, those who meet their quotas enjoy a 7 day paid adventure to national and international destinations. Our past 10 years has taken us to: Japan, Panama, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland, Africa, Alaska and Tahiti. The better the company does, the more exotic the destinations.
If you’re the right fit and we accept you ...
You would be provided with all needed training materials for home study and learning our presentations and procedures, which will need a minimum of a week of concentrated study and memorization that will be auditioned for approval prior to on the job training with a manager in your area or expense paid training at one of our training centers.
Training takes as long as you desire. If you apply yourself and know the presentation when you arrive in training, you will be earning income immediately. If you show up unprepared and not committed, we will likely send you home to prepare yourself. We only want serious and committed people to represent this 115 year old American manufacturer and the quicker you learn, the quicker you earn.
The average training time is ten days with three days of classroom followed by three days of performing live and three days of review training. If you apply yourself, you will return home with $10,000.00 worth of equipment and display that we provide and your first solo show would follow immediately. Your training is on going with constant contact, reviews and team training with your manager until you are proficient and performing successfully.
