Executive Assistant, Delivery Operations
Duration:6+ Months
Locations: Boston, MA


Job Description:

  • Support the Delivery Operations leadership for day-to-day needs including scheduling, system approvals, and team coordination.
  • Support the movement of CTP talent as they are assigned to various client engagements across the globe.
  • Manage the relationships with SIRVA, our international assignment vendor, and Fragomen, our immigration partner.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of employees who are placed on assignments away from home and outside the US. Act as a liaison between our employees and the various vendors who are involved in assignment details.
  • Develop relationships with the network of Executive Assistants throughout Point next to leverage greater support to CTP overall.
  • Manage broad employee communications such as the regular AllStaff calls and key messages on HPE driven programs.
  • Manage and support the relationship with Korn Ferry, our outsourced recruiting vendor, by holding regular meetings on hiring progress, requisition approvals and general hiring process improvements.
  • Support consultant engagement by managing OfficeVibe, our tool for employee feedback, comments and follow up.
  • Support new hire success by partnering with others in Delivery Operations to schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions. Manage all details for orchestrating employee orientation (Quickstart) and Delivery accelerated onboarding efforts, including scheduling virtual learning sessions.
  • Support general employee questions by directing people and managers to sources within HPE and troubleshooting issues as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of prior experience in an office environment supporting executives or teams of professionals.
  • Strong capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to learn new systems specific to HPE such as Workday, Concur, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to present, lead conference calls, and work with employees in the US and abroad.
  • Excellent writing capabilities to be able to communicate effectively via email or other written modes of communication.
  • Critical thinking skills to work independently, proactively seek solutions, and apply reason in various challenging situations.
  • Intuitive ability to understand connections and relationships within a complex organization.
  • Ability to maintain multiple priorities and seek advice when priorities seem to compete.
  • Highly dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to maintain an upbeat demeanor in a role which occasionally necessitates patience, human understanding, and diplomacy.
