Our Sales and Marketing firm is now hiring. All team members have the opportunity to move quickly from an entry-level customer service and sales position into a leadership and management position given that they are qualified. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities for our Sales and Customer Service Representative include:
- Building relationships with customers and giving sales presentations
- Training and coaching new employees (upon advancement to a leadership position)
- Leading and motivating a team
- Studying behind-the-scenes operations of a small business
- Great communication skills
- Professional image
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- You must love challenges
- 4 year degree preferred but not required
