Human Services Agency with a rich tapestry in behavioral and mental health services for youth and their families in Baltimore City seeks a Licensed Graduate Social Worker to serve as a Clinical Social Worker for its Therapeutic Foster Care Program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy interacting with at-risk youth and their families, manage time and documentation well, and have the willingness to travel within the Baltimore County and Baltimore City areas. This position affords the successful candidate with team support.
The Clinical Social Worker’s responsibilities are to provide individual, youth, and family therapeutic interventions; psychosocial assessments; intake and matching of new referrals; case management; crisis intervention; advocacy; and perform other duties to meet the general responsibilities of the position.

1. Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
2. MD Licensed Graduate Social Worker required.
3. Minimum of two (2) years child welfare experience.
4. Proficiency in oral and written communication.
5. Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable.
6. Skills in formulating diagnostic statements, treatment plans, and permanency plans.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
8. Owner of reliable vehicle.
