Social Workers/Supports Coordinators

Community Living Services, Inc. (CLS), a non-profit located in Wayne, MI is seeking social workers to serve as Supports Coordinators for children and/or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Candidates must minimally possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field and limited bachelor’s social work license (LLBSW). One-year experience working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities is required and may include a qualified field practicum. Must meet credentialing requirements as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).  Must have child/family experience for Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) credentialing if working with children.

These positions require frequent travel throughout Wayne County. Must have valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation.

Salary: $47,500 annualized. Benefit package includes Medical (BCBSM PPO), Dental, Vision, 401(k) and More! Union positions.
