Job Description


  • The VP of Sales will lead the outbound telemarketing sales channel by planning, managing, and executing rapid and profitable sales and profit growth.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Development of plans and strategies for growing both new and existing business.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high performing metric achieving team via recruitment, training, coaching, and motivating.
  • Setting and exceeding rigorous KPIs supporting rapid revenue and profit growth and efficiencies.
  • Management of compensation, incentives, and tactics to support motivation and achievement of goals by the team.
  • Provide input and guidance on sales supporting tools, technology, processes, and best practices.
  • Close collaboration with marketing on campaigns, customer acquisition, reactivation, and monetization of client database.
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, offers, scripts, and segment optimizations.
  • Problem solve for success and change in support of customer satisfaction and bottom line results.
  • Enhance systems and processes for sales cycle funnel: leads, prospects, pipeline, forecasting and delivery.
  • Grow incremental opportunities in related channels: IRA, e-commerce, storage.
  • Develop add-on/upsell opportunities to drive higher order values and margins.
  • Actively participate in leadership group via planning and forecasting while presenting progress, opportunities, and risks to achieving goals.
  • Develop managerial staff and entire organization to create a culture of success and creating bench strength.
  • Innovate and challenge status quo and be entrepreneurial in order to achieve results.
  • Be a student of the company and business sector while aware of competition and market impacts.
  • Systems and sales tool savvy in a telesales organization.
