Customer Service Specialist - Sales (Vaping Industry)

CSR Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming + outgoing calls to provide service and ideal resolutions 
  • Service customer inquiries and complaints via chat, tickets, email etc. 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Sales responsibilities:

  • Contact wholesale accounts to inform them of our current promotions
  • Mail merge marketing material to wholesale shops daily
  • Provide dedicated service to shops (often resulting in normal CS duties & placing orders) 
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Carry out market research and surveys
  • Maintains consistent and helpful communication with existing account base
  • Recommends new products and solutions to achieve growth initiatives
  • Conducts post-order follow up to ensure customer needs are met
  • Performs outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation follow-up
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer base
  • Develops sales skills and implement skills learned

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some vape experience is preferred
  • Six months sales experience
  • Experience with Microsoft tools  ( Words, Excel etc.) is also preferred
