A global, fashion innovations company shaping the future of fit is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to join its Marketing team. The position reports to the Marketing Manager. This is an excellent entry-level position for an aspiring Marketing career professional.


The main role of this position is to assist the Marketing Manager. This position is for someone who is organized, detailed-oriented, adaptable, and highly creative. The day to-day duties include:

  • Tracking project deadlines, their deliverables and following up with responsible parties. Alert sales collateral and maintain tracker when new or old standards are alerted or updated.
  • Maintaining and updating calendar of events and activities on a daily basis; own consistent meetings with marketing and sales-collateral team.
  • Coordinating events: Researching, preparing and executing logistics involved.
  • Provide assistance for Marketing Manager and Director of Communications. Communicate briefs to graphic design freelancers.
  • Keep track of image and video assets from events and users.
  • Responsible for Marketing's internal communications with cross-functional teams.

    Requirements:

    Four year college degree.

    Minimum 1-3 years exp.

    Strong communication skills

    Strong Administrative and Organizational skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Mailchimp.

    Self-motivated and passionate.
