Job Description

An established company in the Lafayette/Crawfordsville area is seeking a Sales Representative to acquire and retain clients by converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position and provides excellent benefits.

Essential Responsibilities:

 Make phone calls to prospective and existing customers.

 Make cold calls to prospective and existing customers.

 Acquire customer job orders in accordance with the company’s systems and procedures.

 Schedule and attend customer client visits to establish and strengthen relationships leading to customer job orders.

 Follow-up with clients to verify status, satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.

 Develop relationships within each customer leading to increased business opportunities.

 Maintain and provide open communication with staff through individual and team communications.

 Attend networking events and build the company brand in your territory.

 Participate in ongoing company training as it relates to your respective position.


 Salary plus commission

  Ability to use computer spreadsheet and word processing programs

  Leadership Skills

  Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  Travel locally

  Sales experience preferred, but not required
