Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office 2010 testing is required, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Telephone Etiquette is required and test scores attached to each candidates resume is required to be considered.
• Health Insurance Background and Bilingual preferred.
• Facilitates all administrative support to the sales team and is charged with key responsibility of ensuring that all work instructions and processes as outlined are followed.
• Broker Services- Greet brokers upon entry into office, offer refreshments, and assist brokers with commission issues, certification, marketing, flyers, event venues, physician marketing, business cards, member issues, materials, and any other broker services as assigned.
• Answers incoming telephone calls to assist callers, trouble shoot issues or direct to appropriate person.
• Application turn in; Scrub application for errors, separate by carrier to be faxed , scan batch by carrier to computer, verify all applications are included in the scanned document, Fax using the right fax system (Fax via email), upload to SharePoint, shred any paper documents.
• Confirms broker events/appointments with assigned broker, enters events and RSVPs into Salesforce.
• Send tasks to Contracting Team for contract requests.
• Performs timely and accurate data entry in Salesforce.com.
• Performs QC of data entry in SalesForce.com.
• Orders and maintains appropriate inventory on SharePoint of all marketing materials/Sales kits, and office supplies.
• Assist with various projects requested by management.
• Structures and maintains an organized office environment.
• Provides administrative services such as ordering, printing labels, and printing flyers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or local Agency Manager.
• Making outreach calls (warm leads, cold-calling) to prospective agents to engage and peek interest in onboarding with CareFree.
• Create agent as recruit and document in Salesforce.
