We are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to work with us in our branch. Here is an opportunity for a professional looking to start a career in the Staffing Industry.

  

Responsibilities

· Support others with various administrative tasks (answering multi-line phone system, redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)

· Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency

· Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

· Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office

· Deal with customer complaints or issues

· Assist in filling orders and job placements

Requirements

· Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role

· Friendly and outgoing personality

· Experience in customer service will be a plus

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

· Working knowledge of office equipment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume capacity

· Reliable with patience and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour

Experience:

  • relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
