Seeking an experienced Office Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, who will provide good Customer Service both face to face in the lobby and triaging the telephone calls and scheduling (not sales).
Experience with telephone and walk in customers in a financial services setting. This is in a newer small business in Windsor and is a very friendly work environment .
Pay and Hours:
Pay is $18 and up depending on work history and experience.
Hours are Monday - Friday - no weekends. 9:00 to 5.

Responsibilities include:
Basic administrative duties like telephones, filing etc.
Greet our clients in the lobby
Learn our software for scanning, and interacting with clients
Triage calls to the office staff
Send and receive documents using a docu-sign type product
