QUALIFICATIONS
● BS degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field, MS degree is a plus
● 10+ years experience in water and wastewater professional engineer consulting
● Professional engineer (PE) license is required
● Develop/manage client relationships and manage large, complex projects
● Excellent communication and technical writing skills
● Skilled with system hydraulics and pumping station design standards for multiple applications
● Demonstrated experience in project delivery and managing client expectations,
● Work on a multi-discipline technical team, and handle project financials

Project Manager with expertise in the study and design of large complex water and
wastewater pumping stations (ideally greater than 15 MGD) to serve our clients.
The individual will use their experience in project management, client relationship management,
and business development as well as their technical expertise to work on exciting projects in the study
and design of large pumping stations including initial site selection, flow diversion and junction structures,
system hydraulics and piping design, wet well design, pump selection, force main design, screening facility and
debris disposal, operating control, start-up assistance, pump performance diagnosis, pumping
facility rehabilitation, and field service during construction.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate with team members on existing projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
● Lead and manage projects for study and design of large water and/or wastewater pumping stations, and
assessment of exiting pumping station facilities
● Maintain, enhance and further build existing client relationships, as well as develop new client
relationships with prospective clients
● Participate in the development and implementation of specific client and project pursuit plans and lead
the development of technical proposals
● Mentor and develop technical staff
● Other required duties as assigned.
