We are in search of a candidate that is highly energetic and has extensive experience with full payroll processing and benefits administration for a company with 100-500 employees. The candidate must have full-charge experience with both payroll and benefits.
Some of the selected duties for this position are as follows:
Process payroll through our accounting software, Vista by Viewpoint. All payroll is maintained in-house. This is complete payroll from time card collection, entry, consolidation, including direct deposit. payroll is processed for multiple companies in multiple locations and in multiple states.
The Payroll and Benefits Manager must maintain, enter and track miscellaneous deductions such as insurance, child support, garnishments, etc. Experience coding worker's time to various jobs is a plus.
Must handle all benefits coordination, setting up new employees, maintaining files, coding and paying all monthly carrier bills, and answer employee questions. The candidate would need to "take charge" of this area and make sure that all employees are signed up for benefits at appropriate times and that they are well informed and understand their benefits.

Must be able to learn new software quickly and have a good overall knowledge of MS Office products

Experience with Vista software is as plus
Experience assisting with H/R related functions is a plus
