Currently, Vision Technology Services is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, qualifying, and managing top IT talent candidates through the interview and hiring process for Vision and our clients. This role is an inside sales opportunity. Previous staffing, recruiting, and/or technical recruiting experience is preferred but not required. This position is ideal for entry-level college grads!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and source technical candidates using a variety of strategies including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, internal database, etc.
· Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference checks, and issue technical evaluation
· Coordinate meetings and interviews with candidates and clients
· Provide status updates to internal team on position and candidate progress
· Maintain excellent service level communication with candidates to gain candidate loyalty
· Generate sales leads for sales staff
· Manage candidates through the hiring process
· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity expectations
· Understand client organizations including structure, business areas, and technologies used
· Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned or requested
· High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR a 4 year college degree
