Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are a growing Wholesale Furniture Distributor located in the West Atlanta area.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who can support our Accounts Receivable and Credit Department.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Ability to problem solve with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools specifically excel
• Collection experience
• Experience with Great Plains is a plus
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Perform day to day financial transactions including posting and recording accounts receivable data
• Conduct research on all phone calls and emails
• Assisting with returns and replacements
• Collecting from an existing customer base as well as new customers
