PrimeLending is currently seeking a ECOA (Regulation B) Analyst. Analyst on the Regulation B (“Reg B”) Team are responsible for reviewing non-funded mortgage applications and leads to determine and disposition in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating federal- and state-required adverse action documentation, ensuring accurate non-funded loan data for HMDA reporting, and assisting with pipeline clean-up.
Complete Reg B disposition reviews of non-funded applications and leads from multiple sources within the company to ensure compliance with state, and federal regulations and company guidelines
Complete reviews of HMDA data on non-funded applications, correcting as needed, to support accurate HMDA reporting per the source document guide
Generate adverse action and other required documentation, and ensure its upload to loan file and delivered to borrowers per appropriate means
Review underwriter decision notices to validate selected loan disposition and reasons for declination
Maintain individual error rates and productivity levels within company set guidelines
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Maintain a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned or required
High School Diploma required
Minimum 1 year residential mortgage regulatory or compliance experience (Experience with Regulations B and/or C is a plus)
Understanding of laws and regulations governing residential mortgage lending
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability
Strong customer service orientation
Displays time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
