Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing , journalism or communications Demonstrated success in writing copy for different use cases and digital channels Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS a preferred Background in news or journalism departments preferred Self-driven and motivated, requiring minimal oversite once trained NB. Part time role - maximum 30 hours per week, which will vary.

Responsibilities:
• Client digital team is in need of an experienced Copywriter who can help us connect with our customers through multiple channels.
• In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing various types of content for Client, including our daily operational updates and customer notification messages.
• We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position.
• Part of this role also includes the ability to learn basic CMS editing and publishing functions.
• We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and exercising an ability to understand and convey the tone and voice of our brand.
• We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

Responsibilities:
• Review raw copy and edit it to fit strict copywriting guidelines
• Manage CMS – post and publish content to digital channels
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company''s voice and tone guidelines
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
