One of our clients, a large School of Public Health, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This position is temp to hire for the right person. Pay rate is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour.
Will be Responsible For:
- Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, or event.
- Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility.
- Serves as a main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators.
- Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans.
- Might maintain a web page, website, or program materials.
Qualified Candidate Will:
- Have 2 to 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Must be able to plan, prioritize, and track work.
- Basic or better proficiency on common office software.
