Clay County, Missouri Smithville Lake, MO Full-Time

The Clay County Parks Department is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Park Specialist I. This position supports the operations of the Parks Office, Fee Collection, Marina funds and Campgrounds. Over sees the collection of revenues, preparation of daily deposits and financial reporting. Maintain the parks fee collection accounts and the collection and tracking of the various fee collection revenues.

Starting Salary: $13.77/hour, plus Benefits - Clay County offers a great benefit package to regular full and part-time employees including two defined benefit retirement plans fully funded by the County and a deferred-compensation plan with a match on the first 6% contributed. We also offer three medical plans including two high deductible plans, dental, vision, two flexible spending accounts, and supplemental plans. Full-time employees are also offered life insurance (2X annual salary) paid by the County, paid vacation/sick leave, 14 paid holidays, LTD and tuition reimbursement.
