My client a well-entrenched hospital and program is looking across the board to add Staff RN’s to all of their different acuity departments. Because of growth and increased census this facility will add Staff RN’s that will allow them to be able to come on board and work the best schedule to accommodate for a nice work life balance. The facility is looking for experience bedside and clinical staff that can bring a positive attitude and energy with them so patient care is at a premium for the organization. Strong starting pay is being offered along with shift diffs and lucrative sign on bonuses of anywhere from 15k-25k depending on experience and specialty. Other incentives will be an excellent benefits package, PTO, 401k matching, disability and relocation to the area.
Salary depends on experience
Registered Staff Nurse
- Licensed RN with a BSN.
- At least 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting with a hospital.
- Experience coordinating and providing strong patient care alongside doctors and nurse practitioners.
- Experience with quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measures health outcomes against patient goals and hospital standards.
- Ability to provide patients and family members with information, and providing emotional support and advice.
- Must have strong communication skills and customer service and team problem solving methods.
- Ability to multi task and work in a busy fast paced environment.
