Founded in 1997, ACI is a nationally licensed, full service, Third Party Administrator providing enrollment, fulfillment and claims processing services for various insurance lines in the medical claims industry. This position is in our Wayne. PA office near the King of Prussia area.
Currently we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Staff member for our Wayne, PA office.
Duties Include:
Posting cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
Vendor reconciliation and problem resolution.
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Miscellaneous special projects as necessary.
Responsible to present reports to Accounting Supervisor/ VP of Finance for review
Benefits: Medical, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, etc.
Starting Rate: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Mon.-Fri.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience

Attention to detail
Able to handle communication with vendors, as well as internal departments with an accommodating attitude
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Highly developed organizational skills
Calm demeanor – able to work under tight deadlines
Excel experience necessary
Microsoft Dynamics GP experience preferred
The ability to work independently
Sense of pride for a job well done
