Bilingual (English/Spanish) B2B Sales
This is a full-time and permanent position in fast paced established local company (20+ years) providing business services solutions to the local and international companies.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a small Sales team and have an immediate impact on the business!
Desired Skills and Experience:
Comfortable in all types of selling – networking, social media, cold calls, emails and face to face
B2B sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong phone skills and effective email communication
Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Knowledge of all social media platforms is a plus
Ability to clearly understand customer needs, not just generate quotes and take orders
Self-directed and organized to work independently with limited supervision
Friendly, outgoing and positive personality able to achieve high success in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish – ability to conduct professional business
Background in team sports or product ambassadors is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
You will receive a base salary and benefits package including Health Insurance, paid time off and monthly parking and gym membership.
Commissions are paid monthly and average $1000 the first year and $2500+ month in subsequent years. There are no caps on commission. Our services are appealing to local and international business owners.

Sell Services through effective phone calls, networking, social media, referrals, and in-person visits
Create and maintain relationships with clients, networking with existing customers to provide a consultative solution
Develop new business by creating new leads and working leads from our current database
Create proposals and contracts that close business
Develop expertise of company solutions and market competitors
Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative approaches and incorporate into consultative solutions
Exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity goals for calls, appointments and closing
Maintain timely and accurate account documentation in CRM System
Attend networking events, participate in community and industry organizations and stay active in social media
