Our Customer Service Representatives are relationship builders for our dealerships. They love helping people and add to the easy and enjoyable experience that keeps our customers coming back for their regular maintenance and repairs. They are confident communicators.  They listen more than they talk, and are excellent with detail.  When you work for Ken Garff, you can expect paid training and support from your team to help you become a first-rate Customer Service Representative. Pay is $13.50/hr for bilingual employees.

Great work schedule!

We are open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 4:30  Saturdays. We are closed Sunday.  Full-Time employees work a 40 hour week with every other Saturday off and have one day off M-F when scheduled to work Saturday.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.

  • Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships.

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.

  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, willing to take phone calls in both languages

  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

  • Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication

  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • Valid in-state driver's license

  • Inbound customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Type 40 + wpm

  • Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
