Positions Tasks and Responsibilities
Interact with customers on a daily basis
Ring up customer transactions as needed
General clerical duties including filing, photocopying and document organization
Maintain electronic and paper records
Maintain a working product knowledge of current offerings
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve customer problems and inquiries
Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional and respectful manner
Handle high customer volume
