Description:

New Grads Welcome! – United Services is looking to hire full-time Adult Outpatient Services Clinician to work at our Behavioral Health location in Mansfield, CT. Position will provide individual and group clinical services for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use diagnosis as well as dually diagnosed individuals.

  • Full-time positions are 40 hours per week – schedule includes one evening shifts until 8:00 p.m. per week.

In this position, you will be provided with regular, ongoing, clinical supervision by an LCSW. The individual is expected to work from a co-occurring treatment philosophy. Our clinical philosophy is CBT based with significant utilization of motivational interviewing. The successful candidate will be able to engage clients, complete clinical assessments, treatment plans with observable, measureable objectives and work cooperatively with internal and external treatment providers.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s Degree in mental health required (If MSW, LMSW requirements apply), LADC or LCSW strongly preferred. Clinical experience with clients with substance use and co-occurring diagnosis preferred.

All staff who have their MSW and are practicing clinical social work must be licensed, with either the LMSW or LCSW.

$1,000 - Non- CT LCSW

$1,200 – CT LCSW

$1,200 Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency

Salary Range Full-time:

  • LMSW or Master’s Degree in a clinical field $41,184 – $46,596
  • LMSW or Master’s Degree in a clinical field plus Bilingual Spanish Fluency $43,269 – $48,955
  • CT Licensed Clinician – Non-LCSW (LADC, LPC, LMFT) $41,600 – $47,067
  • CT Licensed Clinician – Non-LCSW (LADC, LPC, LMFT) plus Bilingual Spanish Fluency $43,706 – $49,449
  • CT LCSW $44,096 – $49,891
  • CT LCSW plus Bilingual Spanish Fluency $46,328 – $52,416
