Provides chemical engineering expertise of polymerization and compounding process units in the areas of safety, capacity, yields, energy consumption, and quality.
Supports safety programs via participation/leadership in PHA’s, FMEA’s, LOPA’s, MOC’s, incident investigations, and resolution of action items.
Unit production expert and provides technical knowledge and troubleshooting assistance to manufacturing engineers and operations.
Serves as Manufacturing Representative on capital project teams.
Provides process design for small capital and/or expense projects.
Generates process improvement innovative ideas and works with necessary groups to validate the feasibility of those ideas.
Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge of process engineering and operations for chemical or polymer processes.
