How it works:

· Our founders developed a warm market lead system to offer agents (No cold calling)

· Products include: mortgage protection, life insurance, annuities, children grow up plans/college plans and other financial products

· Special relationships with over 30+ A Rated Insurance Carriers

· Products become available for our consumers without a conventional medical exam! (Extremely high placement rate!)

· In home or Virtual Presentation presentation explaining the benefits of the products

· Application submitted to the carriers

· Coaching and training is provided. Experience is helpful but not required.

***We have entry level, management and business ownership opportunities available***


· Average first year: PART TIME ($30K-$50k/year) FULL TIME (75K-150K/year) BUSINESS OWNERSHIP ($150K-250K average after first two years)

· Results driven and commission based

· Residual income as well as overrides for those in a leadership position


· Have or be willing to get Life or Health Insurance license (which requires a 20+ hour online course & state exam)

· Results driven with an “above average work ethic”

· Passion for helping others

· Understands results are directly linked to activity

  • Preparing changes to life insurance policies
  • Quoting and preparing life insurance policies
  • Recommend insurance coverage to clients
  • Managing property insurance renewals and administration of all property insurance programs
  • Obtain property, casualty, health and life insurance licenses
  • Beginning career in insurance sales
  • Quoting and selling insurance policies
  • Sell accident, health and life insurance
  • Quoting and preparing life insurance policies
  • Preparing changes to life insurance policies
  • Discuss and handle insurance needs
  • Follow up and sell insurance policies
  • Contacting hand written leads to schedule appointment
  • Follow up on pending requirements for client applications
