Administrative Assistant

Our client, a growing, modular building sales and leasing company, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work as a team member within the corporate office. 


Your Day:

  • Receptionist duties (Call screening and accurate message taking)
  • Clerical duties (typing, filing, mail)
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Assisting office employees with general office tasks
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Scheduling and follow up of service calls through completion
  • Requesting Quotes from vendors
  • Manage renewals of annual State and Local licenses including Contractor Licenses
  • Review and complete Bid Package paperwork
  • Request Bid Bonds
  • Manage electronic files on BOX
  • Manage cell phone contract and usage
  • Manage Trade Show attendance
  • Manage pre-employment drug screening test
  • Mange background checks

About you:

  • Highly organized
  • Detail oriented/accurate
  • Multitask
  • Prioritize tasks
  • MS Office 365 (Outlook, word, excel)
  • Experience in construction industry is a plus.
