Accounts Payable
Subcontracts Accounts Payable Specialist needed for a large, growing, Sacramento Construction company. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the person who can prove successful, in this role. This is an urgent need and our Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately.
Duties include:
- Receiving and sorting subcontractor progress billings by project
- Logging process billings in subcontract pay books
- Processing subcontractor progress billings for construction projects in accordance with amounts authorized by Project Managers
- Logging and tracking supplier Right to Lien notices
- Logging and tracking conditional and unconditional waivers from subcontract and their suppliers
- Logging and tracking of subcontract change orders
- Maintenance of subcontractor W-9 forms
Previous experience with accounting and construction is preferred.
