ABOUT THE COMPANY

Growing company in Dayton needs additional help in Accounts Receivable.  Great opportunity to join a well-trained team who work in a casual, positive environment.  Company boasts of little turnover.  Lots of team bonding and family feel.

Accounts Receivable Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable Coordinator prepares daily cash deposits and fills out cash control sheet daily.
  • Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
  • Obtain and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.
  • Answer phone and make payment phone calls.
  • File check stubs and bank receipts.
  • Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
  • Research and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
  • Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
  • Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator

  • Accounts Receivable Coordinator should have attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accounts Receivable Coordinator should have at least 2 year of relevant experience
  • Solid computer skills, Nextgen experience
