Director of Reimbursement

Healthcare System – Springfield, Illinois

All work to be performed onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Springfield Illinois

Direct Report to the VP & CFO

Seeking a Bachelor’s or (preferably) Masters in Accounting – Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Past Public Accounting and Audit Experience a huge plus!

Five or more years of Healthcare Reimbursement Analysis Experience with tools such as:

MS Access, Advanced User Level Excel, Visualization Tools, etc

Healthcare Experience with various Software Applications such as:

Allscripts, TouchWorks, MS Office and other clinical application software

Medical Terminology (CPT, HCPCS, ICD9, ICD10, etc)

Federal State & local laws and codes pertaining to patient billing & collection

Offering highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
