LEI Home Enhancements, is an Ohio based company that has been installing windows, siding, and doors in homes throughout Cincinnati, Columbus, Lexington, Louisville, Madison, Raleigh and Dallas for over ten years. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepares and presents sales proposals.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of industry product information.
  • Negotiates contracts and work agreements.
  • Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
  • Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business.
  • Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
  • Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values

  • One to two years of outside sales experience
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicates changes effectively; Builds commitment and overcomes resistance.
  • Exhibits confidence in self and others; Inspires and motivates others to perform well
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments

COMPENSATION:

  • 45K – 95K yearly
  • Potential to earn additional compensation.

Job Type: Part-Time, Commission
