To support that growth, we have numerous fantastic opportunities within our Company for highly motivated Business Development Managers to come on board and join either our industry solutions, professional services, or consulting solutions teams.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within B2B sales.
Qualifying, pursuing and closing new business sales opportunities within specific territory or sectors. (For industry-focused Sales managers this will be purely new clients, for Professional services, consulting solutions it could be upselling or cross-selling to existing clients, but still very much with a new business attitude at front of mind)
Understand the mission of each prospect and quantify how our technology-enabled solutions will make an impact
Ensure all the prospect’s goals and values are delivered through a custom demonstration created by the team
Analyze and tier prospecting territory to focus on the high propensity to buy accounts
Maintaining visibility into your activities through accurately tracking customer interactions and proper reporting in our CRM (Salesforce) to help improve the company’s overall success in sales.
Engaging with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios
Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our ROI and offer customized solutions for each unique non-profit organization
Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of non-profit marketplace and competitor developments
Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs
