Experienced Inventor Control Coordinator Needed - ASAP

Purpose of Role:

To maintain the integrity of inventory levels through regular cycle counts, physical inventory and daily transaction completion.

Nature of Duties:

  • Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations
  • Inventory and cycle count adjustments into databases
  • Close shop packets received and purge databases as needed
  • Receive and issue finished goods into computer database
  • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel
  • Record and monitor all items with shelf-life and notify leadership when material has expired
  • Prepare monthly reports for cycle counts and pick-lists count for monthly highlights
  • Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory
  • Assist in training new employees on the inventory process


  • Minimum of 2 years experience solving complex inventory control issues
  • Must be reliable and dependable and must have good attendance history
  • Attention to detail 
  • Experience in troubleshooting and research
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
