Outside Sales Representative Hazardous Waste

Must have experience with Hazardous Waste Sales  


A leading and innovative business is in search of an outside salesperson to sell products and services within the Hazardous Waste Disposal and Transporting business. Located in beautiful, Southern California,

Thorough working knowledge of Hazardous Waste Streams from Non-RCRA, RCRA, flammables, toxic, and other waste byproducts and their interaction with dirt, concrete, containers, and volatility during transport is required.

You will be responsible for the sales over Orange County and other surrounding areas; estimating, new client development, administrative and growing the business.


Essential Functions:

·         Develop new business by marketing, estimating new job assignments and networking

·         Direct and monitor the sales processes to implement operational goals and objectives

·         Develop and maintain leads

·         Responsible for the timely creation and submittal of management reports, bids, estimates

·         Create and maintain a dynamic and vibrant company environment with the goal of continuous improvement, innovative services, and ultimate customer satisfaction

·         Ability to listen to customers, solve their problems and price to companies, using a pricing table

·         Five plus years of business to business sales and marketing experience

·         Five plus years of sales experience within the Hazardous Waste industry

·         Entrepreneurial aptitude in the growth of an organization

·         Knowledge and sales experience of hazardous waste streams and other waste byproducts is required

·         Verifiable accomplishments regarding creating and maintaining profitable/effective operations

·         Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors, and customers

·         A good understanding of regulatory requirements and related forms and methods of storage, transport, and disposal of hazardous waste

·         Driver’s License, clean driving record is required and adequate vehicle insurance
