Fabrication / Lamination Technician

Job Description:
Ridge Corporation is seeking experienced production associates and coordinators for fulltime employment opportunities. The chosen candidate(s) must have experience in manufacturing and experience using a tape measure. The persons selected will be working directly with other members of the production team as well as safety, quality and engineering.
1st shift 6am - 2:30pm
2nd shift 2pm – 10:30pm *employees receive additional 8% shift differential
3rd shift 10pm - 6:30am *employees receive additional 5% shift differential
Employees have the potential to earn and additional $2/hr in the first year of employment!

Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Machine operator and/or machine maintenance experience
- Ability to create/modify start up, shut down, and operating work instructions
- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out or basic knowledge of it
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to independently troubleshoot
- Ability to read and apply customer and Ridge print specifications
- Assist with data entry
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Self-Motivated
- Ergonomic requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to crawl on, under, and around machinery in tight spaces
- Ability to use power tools safely
