Job Description

Are you a hotel Front Desk Manager, Front Office Manager, Guest Service Manager (or Supervisor)? We have an excellent opportunity for a rising star hotel operations professional to join a luxury, full-service property in Downtown Detroit.

 

The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, a busy call center, guest services staff, reservations, and assist with special guest requests.

 

Benefits:

·         5 day, 50 hour work week

·         Excellent base salary ($43-$48K per year)  

·         Industry leading medical benefits (dental and vision included), vacation, and 401K

·         Opportunities for advancement

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business, General Business, or related major from a school such as Michigan State, Grand Valley State, Central Michigan, Northwood, Western Michigan, Ferris State, Eastern Michigan, etc.

·         Leadership experience in hotel operations. Candidates with supervisory / management experience preferred.
