The Director of Critical Care reports to a well liked and experienced Vice President and will have responsibility for ICU, Step Down, Medical, and Surgical units and will focus on bringing the departments together, mentoring managers and focusing on quality initiatives. Oversight of roughly 138 Beds, and 300 FTE.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science degree; Master's Degree preferred. Licensed in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN). Three years progressive leadership experience in assigned area(s) of responsibility or as designated below. Previous development and practice experience in quality assurance, TQM, SPC, CQI, and Clinical Pathways preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in program design and implementation.
