PrideStaff, a multi-year award winning national staffing firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment with a very well-established company in the Torrance area. We are looking for employees who have customer service background, great communication skills, positive attitude, follows through with work assignments and are a quick learner.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering calls, providing follow-up as needed, communicating with the customer service manager, providing notes, taking potential orders and helping resolve customer requests.

 

Additional responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Provides excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensures positive experience via communication skills (both written and verbal) as needed
  • Coordinate and assist in product requests with corresponding staff members
  • Provide follow-up on incoming requests, orders or questions.

Job Requirements

  • 6 months or more of Administrative or Customer Service experience, including heavy phone application
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Completion of High School or equivalence
  • SAGE X3 experience a plus
  •  Minimum of 1-3 years sales, recruiting, customer service or proven relevant skill set
  • Enthusiastic, positive personality with a desire to work in a fast paced team environment where work culture is top notch.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously is a MUST.
  • Ability to review resumes quickly, answer candidate calls and simultaneously input candidate information into the system, follow processes while providing suggestions on improvements and communicating clear and accurate information to candidates and clients.
  • Ability to have open and constructive discussions and provide performance feedback with field associates in a professional manner
  • High School Diploma required/College degree preferred
  • Ability to work well with MS Office excel and word
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Provide excellent customer service every day
