Trilliant is looking for an innovative, creative Content Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will develop, execute and implement compelling, multichannel, bar-raising content that drives engagement and supports the buyer journey from awareness to advocacy. This candidate will excel at working cross-functionally within marketing and with other teams to develop content that speaks directly to both prospects and customers about their critical business needs. This role will report to and work closely with the Director of Demand Generation.


  • Create engaging content in the form of whitepapers, eBooks, reports, infographics and case studies to be used in both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of SEO/Organic Search best practices in content creation by leveraging keyword targeting, proper content structure and continuous improvement of Trilliant's earned traffic goals
  • Develop, write, and edit material for the two-sided B-Stock blog, designed to educate prospects and current clients
  • Research topics and ideas to include in the monthly eNewsletter and facilitate distribution with the Email Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with Demand Generation Specialist and Sales Managers to monitor performance of content and optimize pieces based on feedback
  • Work with Marketing & Sales Programs Manager to build engaging presentations for webinars and trade show speaking engagements
  • Keep content fresh and updated on the Trilliant Seller Resource page
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed by the marketing team


  • Desire to learn how to create marketing content used in demand generation programs, displaying strong writing skills
  • Ability to learn how to produce content for web, print and marketing channels in a B2B space targeting large enterprise
  • Substantial interest of SEO best practices and can learn 
  • Knowledge of the buyer journey from awareness to advocacy and solid understanding of marketing content needed at each stage that will engage both prospects and customers
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with the desire to work collaboratively
  • Project management ability and getting project tasks done through others
  • Professional communication skills


  • Experience with graphic design, has a ‘designer’s eye’
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Experience in leading a content mapping project
  • Knowledge of content syndication
  • Experience in e-Commerce, retail or reverse supply chain
