  • Measure the effectiveness sales strategies through various performance metrics

  • Lead by example by following great working habits

  • Create genuine relationships with target consumers

  • Suggest content for internal and external communication

  • Increase brand loyalty by implementing exciting initiatives during events

  • Possess an excellent student mentality, and be eager to develop new skills

  • Responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of agency efforts

  • Assist with other department tasks as needed


  • No prior experience is required, however, a strong work ethic and leadership qualities are preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and can manage time wisely

  • Enjoys speaking and interacting with others

  • Able to take verbal direction and implement tactics

  • Eagerness to take on new tasks and develop skills
