Customer Service Representative (Account/Program Management)


Siemens Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a contract manufacturer of electronic assemblies specializing in printed circuit boards and box build assemblies.  Siemens Manufacturing is family owned and operated in Freeburg, Illinois, southeast of St. Louis.


Our Customer Service Representatives work to manage established customer accounts closely with our sales, purchasing, production, quality, and engineering teams.  The person in this position works to ensure proper scheduling and resolving any issues that may arise with the account and products.  

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
• Interface with customers via email and phone
• Schedule Sales Orders and Work Orders based on Customer PO’s and releases
• Facilitate any purchasing, production, engineering, and quality issues between the customer and internal departments
• Coordinate pricing reviews and quotes for existing customer accounts
• Create and maintain necessary files for customer records and historical record keeping
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and writing
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications




Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment. Extensive use of Excel, ERP Systems, and other customized programs
