  • Manage the front desk - Answer & screen phone calls, greet & direct visitors
  • Draft and Type correspondence
  • Data entry and filing
  • Update spreadsheets for managers
  • Handle initial employment application process
  • Process mail with postage machine, certified mail and overnight delivery
  • Manage office supplies inventory, replenish when necessary
  • Other projects & duties as assigned
