Job Description

SR. ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ($150K)

Our client company is an Automotive Tier 1 manufacturer of systems in after-treatment for heavy and commercial vehicle operations. 

We are looking for a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer who would lead all manufacturing activities in a manufacturing plant. 

Work could include automated Assembly,  Welding, Robotic Assembly, Metal Forming, Tube Bending  in a high-volume Metal Manufacturing Plant environment.

The company is setting up a new plant, and the opportunity is there to expand the equipment and design processes for growth in this role.


Job Requirements

SR. ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER ($150K)

  •  BS ME or equivalent (4 yr. degree).
  • 7 or more years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Prefer Experience in the following types of processes - Metal Forming, Sheet Metal Forming,  Tube Bending  Tube Forming,  Seam welding, crimping, or Robotics assembly (parts of an exhaust and emissions systems and catalytic converter). 
  • Experience or knowledge in Diesel oxidation catalysts is a plus. 
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects....Knowledge of APQP.  
  • Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate with operations and quality teams or cross-functional group.
